SB Culinary Center once again invites chefs, brand and concept chefs, executive chefs, restaurant owners, and development directors to attend the world’s leading gastronomic congress — Madrid Fusión, which will take place for the 24th time in the Spanish capital on January 26–28, 2026.
Madrid Fusión is the premier international platform where the most renowned chefs from gastronomically advanced countries — as well as from regions where gastronomy is rapidly evolving — share their latest research, discoveries, techniques, and cutting-edge innovations in the culinary arts.
It serves as a true reference point for every professional who wants to understand where the global industry is heading, what trends and directions to follow, and how to apply them in their own region or restaurant. The 2025 edition welcomed over 26,000 participants from 63 countries.
As in previous years, SB Culinary Center offers participants a turnkey package priced at €2,990. The Schengen visa (type C) and flights to Madrid are paid separately.
